Privacy Policy

MythoWalk ("the app", "we") is a walking app that counts your steps and rewards activity with FONE, an in-app reward point. This policy explains what the app collects and why. Contact: cryptowalkapp@gmail.com.

Account

• Email address, display name, and profile photo or avatar when you sign in with Google or email (guest accounts have none of these)

Activity

• Step counts, distance, calories, streaks, quests and badges, used for the core features, rewards and statistics
• Physical activity / motion sensor data, used on your device to count steps

Health Connect (Android) and Apple Health (iOS)

If you allow it, the app reads one data type: your daily step total (Health Connect "Steps", Apple Health step count). It is read on your device, for the current day only, to show the same step count your phone already recorded on the Home and Statistics screens. This data is not uploaded to our servers, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising or rewards, and never sold. We do not write any data to Health Connect or Apple Health and do not read any other health data. You can disconnect at any time in the app (Settings > Phone steps) or in the Health Connect / Health app.

Location

Precise location while the app is in use, only on your device, to check that steps come from real walking. Location is not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Social

• Friends, groups, and the walk posts and captions you choose to share

Rewards and purchases

• In-app FONE balance, items, and an optional wallet address you enter
• Subscription status (Premium). Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card details.

Device and usage

• Device model and OS, app version, crash logs, usage analytics, and the advertising ID

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics, Analytics, Performance, App Check): accounts, data storage, server-side reward checks, crash reports
• Google AdMob: optional rewarded ads; may use the advertising ID. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for consent first through Google's consent form.
• Mixpanel (EU data residency): product analytics, without email or name
• Adapty: subscription management and purchase validation
• Google Play and the Apple App Store: payments

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account and its data in the app (Profile > Settings > Delete all data) or by emailing cryptowalkapp@gmail.com. Anonymised analytics and records we must keep by law may be kept longer.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or KVKK), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email us to use these rights.

MythoWalk is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect their data.

FONE is an in-app reward point. It has no guaranteed monetary value and is not an investment.

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
